Rebecca & Mitch – Maldon Farm – Busselton Wedding

Rebecca and Mitch held their Bussellton wedding at the stunning Maldon farm where Rebecca grew up. Rebecca and her bridesmaids were spoilt in the morning by Savvy Bridal Hair and Make Up. Mitch and his groomsmen arrived at lunch time and prepared in another part of the farm house. The lovely ceremony was held under some trees in one of the paddocks. Rebecca and the bridesmaids arrived on a horse drawn cart, and all of the guests, seated on hay bales looked on with big smiles on their dials. Following the ceremony and some family photos Rebecca and Mitch took some time to go for a jaunt on the horse drawn cart. We then spent a couple of hours taking photos around the beautiful property. With a quick stop at Busselton Jetty for some final wedding photos the bridal party made their way to Bayview Geopgraphe Resort for the reception. After some funny speeches and a couple of very funny games, awesome local DJ Mandy B cranked up the tunes. Everyone took to the dance floor and gave it a hammering. Needless to say, a great time was had by all and another great Busselton wedding came to an end.

Shahan & Clint – Abbey Beach Resort – Busselton wedding

Shahan & Clint held their Busselton wedding at the classy Abbey Beach Resort. The windy weather kept us inside for the ceremony, which was performed by lovely celebrant, Anita Gill. This Busselton wedding was about the kids as well Shahan and Clint. Their three gorgeous children made up the remainder of the wedding party. The girls looked fabulous, and just a bit nervous as they walked down the isle. The beautiful bride followed on the arm of her proud dad. It was a lovely ceremony, with the highlight being some emotional heart felt words from their eldest daughter Shayla. The newlyweds were flooded with warm congratulations following the ceremony. They then braved the weather (which had cleared up) for some photos with family and friends. We managed to sneak in a few of the kids, before I had Shahan and Clint to myself for a little while. I left the happy couple as they headed off to meet their guests for the reception. Thanks Shahan & Clint for a lovely afternoon. I hope you had a ball at your reception.

Yvette & Danny – Shelley Cove – Dunsborough wedding

Yvette and Danny held their Dunsborough wedding on the point at the stunning Shelley Cove. It was a lovely intermit occasion with just the two of them attending. It may have been a small wedding, but that didn’t stop the laughter. Yvette had Danny, myself and lovely celebrant Anita Gill in fits throughout the ceremony. Making it fun and relaxed. As a result some lovely natural images were created. And the high cliffs of Shelly Cove made the perfect back drop, for this Dunsborough wedding. After signing the marriage certificate Yvette and Danny had some photos on the point. They then made their way down to the beach, for some time to themselves while I photographed them from afar. The laughter continued with some funny antics on the beach…………… Enough said! Thanks for a lovely afternoon Yvette Danny and Anita.

Karina & Andrew – Woodynook Winery – Margaret River Wedding

Karina and Andrew held their Margaret River wedding at the beautiful Woodynook Winery. Karina prepared for the wedding at a near by Margaret River residence with her family and bridesmaids. The girls were given a helping hand from hair stylist Josephine Ziino (Sheer Organics) and make up artist Nina Middleton. Three gorgeous flower girls and a very handsome page boy were also there to keep everyone on their toes. None the less it was a lovely, fun, chilled out morning. Andrew’s uncle and aunty own Woodynook Wines, so it was the obvious choice for Karina and Andrew’s Margaret River wedding. The wedding ceremony was at the stunning private residence under a little gazebo. The flowers girls, page boy and bridesmaids looked fantasic as they walked down the Isle. They were followed by the gorgeous bride, escorted by her proud mum and dad. Andrew scrubbed up alright too and looked chuffed to bits as Karina joined him. Lovely celebrant Anita gill married the handsome couple in what was a beautiful ceremony. It was followed by a flood of congratulations and well wishes. After the family photos the bridal party took the time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while I photographed them. It was then time for the reception. It was such a great evening and the Woodynook staff spoilt the guests with fantastic service, fine food and wine. The speeches were fantastic. The groom copped just a bit of a hammering from his best man! It was very funny. Andrew took it all on the chin and gave as good as he got. The rest of the evening was filled with fun and dancing. It really was a fantastic Margaret River wedding.

Breeanne & Shane – Meelup Beach – Dunsborough Wedding

Breeanne & Shane held their Dunsborough wedding at the stunning Meelup beach. Breeanne, her bridesmaids and mum prepared and the lovely Abbey Beach Resort. Adding her special touch to proceedings was lovely make Up artist Gemma Collins. Talk about fun and relaxed preparations! The girls laughed pretty much non stop. There was champagne, fish and chips, cross dressing, and hair extension moustaches, to name just a few of the memorable moments from the morning. Slightly different to most weddings the groomsmen escorted the bridesmaids down the isle one by one. It was a lovely touch. They all looked fabulous. None more than Breeanne who looked amazing walking down the isle on the arm of her proud dad. Celebrant Anita Revel married the handsome couple. It was a tad on the warm side, but it was beautiful ceremony none the less. The crystal clear waters of Dunsborough’s Meelup beach made the perfect back drop for the wedding. Following the ceremony the newlyweds were showered with warm congratulations. They then took the time to have wedding photos with family and friends. Luckily an eski was on hand, during the bridal party photos, which helped keep everyone hydrated. We made the most of the gorgeous Dunsborough beach for photos. The bridal party was full of non stop banter which made photographing them a breeze. The girls went for a paddle to cool down. Which had nothing to do with the fact that I thought it make a nice a picture! At one point Shane’s groomsmen gang tackled him on the sand. Shane found it pretty funny at the time, but I think he spent a lot of the evening trying to remove sand from places that sand just shouldn’t be! Leaving Dunsborough we headed to Busselton Jetty and captured a few more lovely images as the sun was setting. It was then time to party at The Goose. As always, the staff at the Goose turned it on and everybody had a ball. The speeches were a crack up (Mainly at Shane’s expense), and everyone danced the night away. Another fantastic Dunsborough wedding was complete.

Alison & Bhajan – St Mary’s Church – Busselton Wedding

Alison and Bhajan held their Busselton wedding at St Mary’s Church. Both Alison and Bhajan prepared at Whalers Cove Villas in Dunsborough. They were only a stones throw away from each other, but they managed to stay out of each others paths. Alison had a helping hand from Julie of Angel Make up Artistry and hair stylist Laura from Laura 4 hair. Alison’s girls and her best friend also made the most of Julie and Laura’s talents. Needless to say, a fun relaxed morning was had by all. A family friend married the lovely couple in the quaint little Busselton church. Alison was the picture of grace and elegance as she made her way down the isle. By the look on the Bhajan’s face you could tell that he was thinking similar thoughts. The lovely ceremony was followed by warm congratulations from family and friends, as well as a few family photos. Leaving Busselton Alison and Bhajan made their way to the afternoon reception at the stunning Wise Winery. The guests were spoilt by staff who provided fine food and wine. Alison and Bhajan made their way around the room catching with all of their guests before the speeches began. It was then time for some dancing. Everyone had a ball and Bhajan’s relatives in stunning traditional gowns lit up the dance floor. All too soon the reception was over. We still had some day light so Alison and Bhajan joined me for some wedding photos in the beautiful vineyards. They finished off their Busselton wedding on the sand. We captured some beautiful images with the crystal clear waters of Eagle Bay shining behind them.

Tennille & Ben – Wyndham Resort – Dunsborough wedding

Tennille and Ben held their Dunsborough wedding at the lovely Wyndham Resort. Tennille and her bridesmaids prepared at her parents place in Busselton. Family members dropped in throughout the morning to say hello too, and her beautiful little flower girl threatened to steele the show with her huge smile. It was a fun, relaxed start to was a fantastic day. Tennille looked stunning as she walked down the isle towards her slightly nervous but very suave looking groom. Lovely celebrant Anita Gill married the handsome couple in what was gorgeous ceremony. Congratulations and family photos followed. The bridal party then made their way to the stunning Meelup Beach near Dunsborough. They had a leisurely hour or two as I photographed them on the sand and rocks. We decided to stop at a little place near Dunsborough that I had often seen and wanted to use as a wedding photo location. It was next to Toby’s inlet and their were cool looking paperbarks trees all over the place. The only thing I hadn’t budgeted on were the mosquitos! We captured some lovely images but we also captured a few bites. Sorry! Everyone took it on the chin, and after our brief time there we headed back to Wydham resort for the reception. What an awesome evening. Talk about funny speeches! I can’t go into any detail and I can’t post the photos, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. The rest of the evening was a hoot too. The lovely staff at Wyndham ensured that everyone was looked after and everyone busted a move on the dance floor until late in the evening.

Emma & Trevor – Duckstein Brewery – Margaret River Wedding

Emma & Trevor held their Margaret River Wedding on a lovely little island at Duckstein Brewery. Emma prepared at Abbey Beach Resort with a close friend and her two adorable children. She looked like a vision as she crossed the bridge and made her way towards the gorgeous little island where Trevor was waiting. Lovely celebrant Maureen Nicholson married the handsome couple inside a beautiful little gazebo in the middle of the island. It was a very special intermit wedding with only the closest of friends and family attending. Following the warm congratulations we had time for some photos of the newly untied family. We then left the island only to be met by another “would be bride”. A bucks do was taking place! The buck was wearing a wedding dress himself. He certainly didn’t look the vision of beauty that Emma did, but it made for some amusing photos none the less. Trevor and Emma then had some time mingling with their guests at Duckstein Brewery. They then took off for some location wedding photos at some of the beautiful spots that the Margaret River region has to offer. We finished up at Busselton jetty where we captured some lovely images as the sun was setting. The couple then had their reception at the Equinox Restaurant right next to the Busselton Jetty. It may have been a small wedding party but that certainly didn’t stop everyone having a ball. The classic speeches had everyone in fits!

Meagan & Simon – St Mary’s Church – Busselton wedding

Meagan and Simon held their Busselton wedding at St Mary’s anglican church. Both sides of the bridal party prepared for the day The Regency Beach Club in Dunsborough. Although the weather was looking very threatening, Meagan and Simon refused to let it put a dampener on their preparations. Both were relaxed and had a lovely chilled out morning. It was a beautiful wedding ceremony in the quaint little Busselton church. Meagan was a vision as she walked down the Isle with her proud dad. The guests looked on fondly as vows were exchanged, oblivious of the destruction that was going on outside. We stepped outside after the wedding to see that it had been a little bit blowy while the ceremony was taking place. The wind was howling and branches littered the ground. We were lucky enough to have a break in the weather, for some family photos outside the lovely old church. The bridal party then hopped into the waiting limo and headed off through Busselton to Caves House. The staff there had been kind enough to offer us the use of the stunning hotel for the wedding photos. Limbs of trees were strewn all over the roads. The wind was howling and the rain was sideways! Arriving at Caves House before the limo I went inside to find out that they had no power. Bummer! As if on que, as I walked outside to meet the limo, the rain stopped and the wind backed off. We made the most of the beautiful gardens for some photos before heading off to Wyadup Rocks. The surf was huge and made a forbidding back drop. Who would have thought an hour or two earlier, that we’d be able to use this stunning location for wedding photos. Meagan, Simon and their bridal party then continued to Vasse Felix for their reception and what I’m sure was a fantastic evening.

Jasmin & Aaron – Lake Provence – Busselton Wedding

Jasmin and Aaron held their Busselton wedding at the lovely Provence Lake. Jasmin prepared at the classy Grand Mercure Apartments. It was a fun filled morning. Make up artist Fiona Lauder from Beautifi was on hand to help the girls with their make up. Jasmin’s lovely parents were also there to lend a helping hand. Aaron, his groomsmen and parents helped him prepare at the near by Broad Water Beach Resort. The page boy led the bridal party under the arches at the beautiful lake. He was looked chuffed to bits as he drove his own car car ahead of the beautiful bride and bridesmaids. Lovely celebrant Anita Gill married the handsome couple, in what was a gorgeous ceremony. Warm congratulations and family photos followed. The bridal party then made the most of the beautiful spot for some wedding photos. Last stop before the reception was the beach next to the historic Busselton Jetty. The bridal party had a great time having piggy back races along the beach, much to the amusement of on lookers. But it was just about fun photos. We also managed to get some lovely romantic shots of the happy couple just before the sun set. Then came the reception. As they always do the staff at The Goose spoilt everyone with fine food and wine. The speeches were great as was the dancing that followed and continued late into the evening.
